Hollis & Daughters Pest Control
When their father dies, Edie, June and Pip Hollis inherit his old white van, a closet of foam sprayers and a street full of monsters they never knew about. Most of the pests in the pipes of Thistle Glen are just hungry. A few of them talk, and Dad's one rule was never to spray those. But Dad also owed the Neighborhood Association a very long tally of jars, and its sweet, pearl-wearing president wants it paid by Halloween. The sisters have to out-ask, out-spray and out-bake the neighbourhood, and find out who, or what, really holds the rent.
